I. National Kaohsiung first University of science and technology school of Finance (hereinafter the Court) for the appointment of excellent new full-time teachers, with a strong of the school teachers Research, teaching and service capacity, qualified new full-time teachers employed under review points (hereinafter this point) for our departments to Appointment of new full-time teachers.

III. Our newly recruited teachers should meet one of the following conditions:
1. Professional research capacity within five years more than meet the basic threshold.
(1) The specialized research capability of point calculation:
Academic works, TSSCI or equivalent TSSCI above level international journals (found) published the first authors or communications , Each 1 point.
Acting as the moderator National Science Council-general study plans, each 1 point.
Acting as the moderator production-study cooperation plan, plan amount per NT Ng million to 1.
(2) The specialized research capability of the basic threshold:
Points required, new professors with 6 points (or more), and academic works 3 points (or more).
New Associate Professor total points required up to 4 points (or more), and scholarly writings 2 points (or more).
New Assistant Professor total points needed 2 points (or more), and scholarly writings 1 point (or more).
2. Financial related substantive work experience ( not including school teaching experience) more than a decade, and when recruitment is still working.
IV. This important school teaching evaluation and school education assessment will consider for adoption, changing principals for approval purposes, amendments are the same.
