National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology, College of Finance and Banking Foreign language certificate supporting regulations

Adopted by the first college affair conference on September 19th 2006

Objective：To enhance the students’ foreign language abilities in our department, broaden their views toward the whole world, and boost their competitiveness, we have set this regulation.

II.

Target students：Students in of the departments of the college of finance and banking.

III.

The amount of the subsidy：One-third of the exact budgets for each department, and each department should less than one hundred thousand supporting students’ foreign language certificates each year.

IV.

Time for supporting application：Before the end of May every year.

The rules for classifying the certificates：

The classifications for the English certificates are based on the rules from the MOE to classify as five levels. There is a comparison table (Attachment 1)
The rules of classifying Japanese and German language certificates are as the following table：

Foreign language certificate supporting regulations of the departments.
Students’ foreign language certificate lists. (Attachment 2)
Copied supporting application form.

This regulation has been adopted by the college affair conferences, and announced with the dean’s approval.
